EXPERIENCE WITH MUNICIPAL PROJECTS

CDBG-FUNDED "STREETS & UTILITIES IMRPOVEMENTS", for the City of Pomeroy, Washington.

This $500,000 project consisted of improving nine gravel and paved streets and constructing water lines, some curbs and sidewalks and replacement or construction of water & sanitary sewer trunk lines and storm drainage collection system. Some of the responsibilities included; roadway and utilities designs, cost estimates, specifications, progress reports, construction management and controls, pay estimates, and quality control. The project was funded under HUD's Community Development Block Grant/Department of Community Development & Public Works Trust Fund programs.

STATE-FUNDED "WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROEJCT", for the City of Colfax, Washington.

This $750,000 project, included the construction of a 1.5M -gallon reservoir, a booster station, and a transmission pipe. Our Firm provided all the Engineering services, including project management during the construction phase.

CDBG-FUNDED BELLEVUE LOW INCOME AREA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, for the City of Pullman, Washington.

This project consisted of extending water and sanitary sewer pipes and pave the interior roads which serve 28 low income housing units, with the assistance of a $38,000 CDBG-funding program.

STATE-FUNDED COLLEGE HILL REHABILITATION PROJECT" (Utilities & Roads"), for the City of Pullman, Washington.

This project consisted of reconstructing a 10-block old section of the City of Pullman .This Project included the reconstruction of the sanitary sewer lines, water pipes, storm drainage collection system, and streets with curb & gutter and sidewalks. The Project site included area-wide rock exploration to determine the most efficient routing of the pipes. Some of the responsibilities included - roadway and utilities design, and construction controls. This project also included reconnecting the side sewers. This project was funded under the Washington State's Public Works Trust Fund Program. The total cost of this Project exceeded $900,000.

CDBG-FUNDED "BROWN'S ADDITION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT", for the City of Colfax, Washington.

This $480,000 project consisted of improving all utilities (water, sewer & storm) and reconstruct the roads of three blocks, with new curbs and sidewalks of the neighborhood adjacent to the Palouse River. This project also included landscaped traffic / safety islands. Our scope of services also included; design, inspection and project management.

"SUNDANCE SUBDIVISION PROJECT", for a private developer creating 49 residential lots complete with City Streets, water, sewer, storm drain collection system and grading 20-acre site, in Pullman, Washington.
City of Pullman, Washington reviewed and approved project that was completed in September 2004.

"PORT OF WILMA NEW INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION PROJECT", for the Port of Whitman County, across from Clarkston, Washington. Prepared a 12-large parcels of land for industrial uses with all the needed infrastructure; road, grading the site, water, sewer, storm collection, a water circulation pump, and a complete wastewater lift station connected to the Port of Wilma's Wastewater Treatment Plant.

"PORT OF WILMA – ASOTIN COUNTY PUD WATER TIE PROJECT", for the Port of Whitman County, across the Red Wolf Bridge from Whitman County to Clarkston, Washington. A 10-inch water pipe was hung under the Bridge to provide water supply to the Port of Wilma during emergencies and fire fighting needs.
